Refund policy

We have a 21-day return policy, which means you have 21 days after your purchase date to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (order number).

To start a return, you can contact us at rkcocustomerservice@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping and labeling are the responsibility of the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items

Missing or Incorrect Items
If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please email our customer service team within 3 business days of receiving your order, so we can get that mishap sorted out for you! Customer Service Team: rkcocustomerservice@gmail.com

Cancelling or Changing Your Order
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or changed.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned. See list below:

  • All jewelry and accessories are final sale only.
  • All items marked "Final Sale" or that have been discounted 30% or greater are final sale only.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, smoked in, damaged, or had the tags removed in any way will not be accepted.
  • We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds and Exchanges
All refunds will be issued in the form of store credit. Exchanges are not guaranteed due to the limited stock of our products. If an exchange is requested and stock is available, you will be required to return the original item first. After the original item has been received and inspected, we will issue the original purchase amount of the item back to you via email as an E-gift card. If your gift card or store credit isn’t showing in your email inbox, please check your spam/junk folder.
